The Steba IK 60 E induction cooktop can be permanently integrated into a countertop, making it an ideal cooking solution for holiday homes or student apartments. Its innovative induction technology ensures safe, rapid cooking, with efficient heat transfer contributing to quick meal preparation. The IK 60 E is also suitable for portable use wherever a power outlet is available. The cooktop is controlled via either a temperature setting ranging from 60°C to 240°C or 10 power levels ranging from 200 to 2,000 watts.

Advantage of induction hobs

The base of the pot reaches high temperatures in just a few seconds—bringing a liter of water to a boil almost instantly. Any reduction in power is immediately transmitted to the pot base, making precision cooking effortless. Heat is generated directly within the base of the pot, allowing for rapid temperature adjustments. Since the cooking surface itself does not get hot—merely warming up slightly from the residual heat of the pot—nothing burns onto it, making cleanup a breeze. The cooktop switches off automatically when the cookware is removed.
