Advantage of induction hobs

The base of the pot reaches high temperatures in just a few seconds. One liter of water boils in approximately four minutes. Any reduction in power is immediately transmitted to the pot base, making precision cooking a breeze. Heat is generated directly within the pot base, allowing for a rapid response to temperature adjustments.
